In November alone, 246 operating mines across the province produced 61.55 million tonnes of coal. Meanwhile, 61.16 million tonnes were sold that month.
At the end of November, the comprehensive coal selling price averaged 620 yuan/t, up 39 yuan/t month on month but down 73 yuan/t year on year.
Prices for 12 of the 14 representative grades rose on the month by November-end, with an average increase of 26.7 yuan/t, or 4.9%. On a year-on-year basis, prices for 13 grades dropped, with an average decrease of 85.9 yuan/t, or 12.2%.
