China Nov coal exports rise 25.5% YoY, GAC
China exported 0.44 million tonnes of coal in November 2025, rising 25.5% from a year earlier and 22.22% from a month ago, according to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs.
Coal export value was $65.4 million in November, increasing 3.1% on the year and 17.51% on the month. That put the average export price at $148.65/t, down $32.63/t from the preceding year and $5.96/t compared to the previous month.
China exported a total 6.17 million tonnes of coal in the first eleven months this year, up 2.2% from a year ago, which was worth $896.08 million, down 23.4% year on year, data showed.
The country's coke and semi-coke exports amounted to 0.72 million tonnes in November, 34.1% higher than the same period last year, and the export value increased 4.8% from the year-ago level to $114.52 million.
Total coke exports stood at 6.94 million tonnes over January-November, down 10.6% year on year; the export value was $1.15 billion, declining 35.9% compared with the same period last year.
China's exports of cement and cement clinker totaled 1.22 million tonnes in November, surging 178% year on year, and the value soared 105.8% from the year-ago level to $50.94 million.
The total cement exports were 10.19 million tonnes during the first eleven months, jumping 107.2% year on year; the export value gained 55.9% on the year to $445.2 million, data showed.
