PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUCEMENT FOR COAL PROCUREMENT FOR CIREBON COAL FIRED POWER PLANT 1x660 MW

PT Cirebon Electric Power (PT CEP) hereby invites eligible companies to participate in the prequalification for Coal Procurement for Cirebon Coal Fired Power Plant 1x660 MW.

Interested parties must hold one of the following valid licenses:

• Production Operation Mining Business License / Ijin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP-OP)

• Coal Contract of Work (CCoW) / Perjanjian Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara (PKP2B)

• Special Mining Business License for Production Operation / Ijin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus Operasi Produksi (IUPK-OP)

• Special Production Operation Mining Business License for Transportation and Sales / Ijin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi Khusus (IUP-OPK) untuk Penangkutan dan Penjualan

• Transportation and Sale License / Ijin Pengangkutan dan Penjualan (IPP)

General Requirements:

• Annual coal requirement               :  maximum estimated at 3.11 million metric tonnes

• Term of contract                             : 5 years with a maximum of 2 (two) x 5-year extensions

• Coal Supply Agreement                 : To be entered and signed in 2025

• Coal delivery commencement      : 1 January 2027
