Pandu Consolidated Three Coal-operating Companies Within The Toba Group And Restructured All The Shareholders Into Toba, Which He Led Through An IPO In June 2012. It Was The Largest Global Coal IPO At The Time. During His Tenure, Toba’s Revenues Grew From $200 Million To $500 Million, Reaching Over $160 Million In EBITDA. He Also Has Raised Over $250 Million In Financing For The Group.
